I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit due to its convenient location and comfortable rooms. The beds were really cozy, perfect for a short stay, and I appreciated the Japanese/Western style. The robotic dinosaurs at check-in added a fun touch to the experience.
The one service I missed for my work was more human back-up at the reception. Although the check-in process was unique and interesting, it took a bit longer without staff on hand.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful Japanese elements that made me feel immersed in the culture. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even for someone like me with limited mobility. It was a pleasure to explore the hotel and admire the traditional touches. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for senior people like me to access nearby attractions and amenities.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. As a senior guest, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to offer assistance or answer any questions I had.
